We advise organisations on responsible data and AI practices, and we hold ourselves to the same standard. This notice explains what we collect on this website, why, and your choices. Effective 12 July 2026.
What we collect
This website uses PostHog, a web analytics service, to understand how visitors use the site. It records pages viewed, referring sites, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and interactions such as clicks. We do not collect names, payment details, or account information through this website. If you email us, we receive the personal data you choose to include.
Why we collect it
Analytics data helps us understand which services visitors are interested in and how to improve the site. Email correspondence is used to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare proposals or tender responses.
Cookies and local storage
PostHog stores a small identifier in your browser's local storage to distinguish visits. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can clear or block this storage in your browser settings at any time; the site works fully without it.
Who processes the data
Analytics data is processed by PostHog Inc. on servers in the United States. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties except as required to operate this website or by law.
Retention
Analytics data is retained in accordance with PostHog's standard retention settings. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you and to meet legal and contractual obligations.
Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent to its use. Write to enquiry@wtconsulting.com.sg and we will respond promptly. Our Data Protection contact is reachable at the same address.
Changes
We will update this notice if our practices change, and revise the effective date above.
