W Training and Consulting is a Singapore-registered consulting and training practice (UEN 53243738A). Established in 2013 as a training provider, the firm today operates on two pillars, AI governance advisory and curriculum development, serving SMEs, education institutions, and public agencies.

Willard works at the junction of the four disciplines AI governance demands: computing, law, business, and education. He holds the NTU Graduate Certificate in Responsible Applied Artificial Intelligence and is certified in AI Ethics and Governance (CAIEG) and Responsible Generative AI Governance (CRGAIG). His academic grounding spans an MSc in Computer Science, an MBA, and current doctoral research in business analytics, alongside legal studies (LLM) focused on technology.
He remains a practising academic, teaching and supervising at universities including Deakin, Keele, Chichester, and Wolverhampton, and serves on academic, examination, and industry advisory boards.
That dual identity is deliberate: advice grounded in research, delivered with a practitioner's pragmatism.
